A set of fully interactive resources to support the teaching of the Video Games topic for A2 Media Studies. The resources are structured around the four key areas of the theoretical framework: Media Language, Representation, Media Industries and Audience, using examples from the set products. A set of teacher notes explains how the resources can be used in class, and the resource includes extension tasks for learners to complete independently. The activities offer plentiful opportunities for learners to analyse the games, explore industry and audience issues, and apply critical perspectives.
